Hardware requirements of red5

What are the hardware requirements of red5? If I invest in a rackspace cloud 512MB approximately how many concurrent connections will this support if i am using red5 as a backend for a turn based game?

I 'm also interested in this question. But I have different
requirements. I want to use RED5 as video streaming server. How many
simultaneous connections can RED5 support on Linux, on Pentium 4 at
2.4 Ghz and 2GiB of RAM?
