Has anyone got MSvoice4 working under Windows 2003

Originally I had MH running under XP and all was OK MSVoice4 VR etc. I had always intended to move the install to my existing Windows 2003 server which runs Webscheduler for most TV recordings, Mediaportal, and the 3CX telephone system. This was done over a year ago and I found that MSVoice4 complains that the soundcard is already in use(also tried with a USB soundcard). MSVoice 5 works fine under 2003 but MH does not support it.

Has anyone managed to get MSVoice4 running under 2003? Failing that, as Perl has apparently been working with MSVoice5 for a while, was any further work done, or is anyone working on getting MH to support the later version?
