I have a message that I need to decode for a geocache.
So far, at least a half a dozen people have worked on it, with no luck.
Can anyone help me out there?

Clue # 3 Password W = 1 Everything must be in order first.
Clue # 4 Password P = 6 Think of a number between 1 & 9 to get you started
Clue # 5 Keyword R = 1 Only one way in and one way out
Clue # 6 Keyword B = 3 On a public path properly marked from the street
Clue # 7 Keyword I = 4 There are two parts to decipher when finding the final cache.

The writer has also been known to reverse words so "turn right at the corner" would be encrypted from:
"nrutthgirtaehtrenroc"
The Keyword appears to be : ROBIN
The Password works out to: WINNIP_G (which we are assuming was an error and is supposed to be "WINNIPEG")
This is driving a group of us nuts.
