I am doing assignment of implementing simple operating system (SOS). This assignment is given by university of new south wales australia. now i have a task of implementing clock device driver in it.

 

can anybody help me in this regards

This sounds a lot like "Could someone do my homework, please?", which
probably is not going to happen. ;) You should try to do it yourself and
post specific questions, if they arise.

program in C is that you can't easily express complex problems in C,
