Help a Farmer he is harrased by land record department

Respected  sir,
 As help was provided by our RTI group a farmer was able to get a ORDER by Telsidar for has land measurement  under Maharastra land revenue code 1966 section 85 for land measurement , it was forwarded to land record for mesurement but Surveror and taluka land record  people are asking bribe in lakh for mesurement , i want to take help for RTI GROUP  to expose bribe system of TALUKA LAND RECORD OFFICE OF TALUKA BASMAT DISTRICT HINGOLI  MAHARASTRA .
 PLZ help me which question can be ask  to TLR office as these people have many complaints but nothing happen,plz give me points how to ask question on there working, working sheet, work done permonth, regarding no of compiants against there dept.and wheter they display RTI GUIDELINE IN THERE OFFICE.

   pending   application nos) for application of measurements.

2.No of Surveyors Scheduled Posts, Post Filled in & Vacant Post..

3.Steps taken for filling vacant post of Surveyors.if any

4.No of  Application of Measurements

  a).Target of each Surveyor.

  b).Actually  Disposed by each Surveyor.

  c).Recorded reasons for shortfall if any.

5.Steps taken to minimise the pendency of applications.

   Application should be in marathi,so that he may understand.
