If any body of you have successfully implemented excel format reports then please help me.

hai, harsha

whenever u r designing ur report set every field both static label & query fields with enough
width., if  u done like, then it will give u proper excel output.

NOTE: just increase the width of the hiding column and chk the output .

Kannan

Hi harsha,

Please what web frame work did you use?  I was trying to use the jasper and ireport on the visual web framework but wasn't able to implement it with this framework as the IDE gave me some errors. please could you give me some hints how you were able to implement this as I had to download the standalone netbeans IDE for jasper reports to be able to create reports but I would like to implement this from inside the web application.

Thanks in advance.
