Whenever i start the pad it says "the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application". It has worked perfectly before. What do i do?

it means your computer cant use it,my cant ethier sorry.

If you used it before, then your PC should be okay.  You might have to do a re-install of the pad.
