The system > cannot find the file specified. This indicates that you don't have the proper .NET Framework version installed. I'm not sure why the installer didn't detect it, but you should be able to fix it this way: 1. Uninstall HeroStats. 2. Go to Windows Update and install .NET Framework 3.5 SP1. If you don't get the option to do that installation, you may need to uninstall the current .NET Framework on your computer first. 3. Reboot. 4.
