Herostats-unstable 4.7.0.2 not scanning with latest CoX patch

I haven't been able to get Herostats to scan since I started running with this morning's patch.  I'm running on XP SP2.  Herostats was working fine earlier this morning.  Now it just sits there saying “Not scanning”.
