High CPU Utilization while disk scrubbing

Hi

Kindly note that we have 3 set of cluster filers, in one of the filer only while disk scrubbing is going on it gives high cpu utilization.

While comparing with other filer cluster setup I found that in both of them scrubbing schedule is different time of same pair, while in above case the disk scrubbing activity starts at same time in both pair of filers, please let me know whether it might be the reason ?

Or something else.
