Homozygosity analysis

Hi,
       Recently i was searching on net about programs for analyzing
homozygosity analysis using 10Karrays and with only affected
individuals. I found a program for 4members in a family/2members and
even for only affected individuals. Then i did not save the search
result, now iam unable to retrieve. Does anyone know about the
program?pls help me -Ram
