Hi,

I am writing an axis2c web service client that consumes UTF-8 messages
and runs on windows.
The client needs to convert the UTF-8 strings back and foeth to the
local MBCS encoding.
Currently the conversion does not occure.
Will Axis2C do the conversion for me or do I explicitly have to do the
conversion myself?

Regards,
        -Sam.

Axis2 would not do it for you, you might have to do it on your own.
