How can I use emacs on my pc-windows?
I need to use emacs to connect on my university account
I have download emcs for windws.
First problem:
Mini buffer not active
How configure emacs?
I need to download x-win32?

No need to download x-win32.

Just an emacs for windows is ok.

or you can install cygwin, which include package emacs. it works well.
