How can i give html tags in chat axis labels

Hi..
I am now working on BIRT. In my RTP i have inserted one chart. in that i have to give 10 E 7 like(10<SUP>7</SUP>) means that 7 should be superscript. Is it possible to give like this or not? If yes, How can i enter like that.
