How discharging time is evaluated

Hi,

How the discharging time is evaluate for a netbook ? Here I always start
with a 4H of time under battery but in fact it's near 7H.

From acpi (the hardware). You probably want to look at
gnome-power-statistics and see if any of the values the hardware is
giving us look wrong.
