How do i start the Traditonal Chinese translation

Hello,I’m Eddy Chang from Taiwan.

I’d like to help the community with the Traditional Chinese translation.

But i find there is have "Chinese" translation team.

I think they Chinese team focus on Simplified Chinese translation now.

Should i join them or create a new project?
