How do remove a file and ignore it without doing 2 commits?

So as a project evolves, sometimes there is no need for files anymore.  So, what I do is Remove the file from SVN.  Then commit.  This causes the file to be Unversioned.  So, then I update my directory, then specifically ignore the file I just removed.  Then commit again.

I would like to see something that is "Remove and Ignore".  Or, maybe if this makes more sense, after I remove a file, allow me to choose to Ignore it, even if I have to do this in 2 actions.  This way, I don't need to do 2 commits.

I would rather not remove the file, then add an ignore pattern for that file on the directory.

When you remove such a file, you will probably use "Just remove from SVN
control", so file remains as unversioned. We can enable Ignore command for
unversioned files which are scheduled for removal. I've added this to the RFE
list.
