How do the drivers make use of TCQ

I viewed the /dev/aic7xxx/aic7xxx_osm.c, but did not find the code which
handle TCQ command. Would you please point it out for me? I'm a newbie
to the kernel, so please forgive me if this is because I did not
understand the code well.
