How to configure initial zoom factor with fop ?

I want to specify the magnification factor to be activated when the
file is first opened in the PDF viewer like xep:

So far, that's not possible, althought there has been an experiment in
that direction. See https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=45390
Hasn't made it into the codebase, yet.
