How to disable write of detail files in cistron ?

Please, i would like to know how i can compile the cistron software for it
does not write detail file locally.

Today i have a radius server configured as proxy server of authentication
and accouting, and the software writes each accouting packet like start and
stop locally in the detail text file, and forward these details to the isp
too.

I want that the cistron just forward the accouting to the isp's ( start and
stop ) but don't write these informations locally.

Thanks.

That's not possible, but you can always link the detail
file to /dev/null ...

And how about the performance ? because the operational system will open a
internal process to write each start and stop packet to a "valid" pointer in
the system.

Isn't better don't create the directory that the software will try to write
these details  ? radacct directory for example ?

Thanks.

I suggest that if you think it is needed, you modify the code
yourself.   That's the beauty of open source.
