How to do a sample project in eclipse using Webwork,Hibernate,Spring

Hi everybody,

        I need a step by step approach of a sample project which uses Webwork,Spring,Hibernate, JUnit, Postgres in eclipse.I am unable to get any material regarding this.Please help me.
