How to do proxy setting in canoo webtest

Hi,

I am not able to run the tests for external sites like google.com and others. I read and found we need to do some proxy setting in build.xml file. I have specified the proxy setting but still getting the error. Please let me know how to specify the proxy setting to run on external websites.
