How to enable the User Preferences menu?

I want to enable the menu that will allow users to set their preferences. I did:

Admin > Features > User Features

And checked both User Preferences Screen  and User Menu .

But I don’t see a preferences menu. Is there a module I have to activate? I looked around for one, and didn’t find one.

Where do I activate My Tiki? I have been searching for 10 minutes now, in both the admin panels, and the user doc, but can't find it (my tiki is a pretty ambiguous query term).

I'm new at this so I'm not sure this is correct, but perhaps it's the
checkbox under Administration -> Features -> User tab.

Admin: Features page. On the User Features tab, enable "Display 'MyTiki' in
the application menu "

Of course, if you have a custom menu, you can simply add a menu option for
the preferences.

I folks,

Can anyone tell me where this is? I have spent another 10 minutes trying to find it (in the trunk version) and I STILL can't find it. That's 20 minutes total.

I looked in Admin > Features and Admin > General, and in Admin > modules. I also did a google search

   Site:dev.tikiwiki.org "my tiki"

But I don't find it (because "my tiki" is too ambiguous and is used in too many pages, most of which have nothing to do with the "my tiki" feature).

Thx.

In trunk, it was moved to the community admin panel.

Go to tiki-admin.php
Type MyTiki in the "Configuration search" box at the top

Or
tiki-admin.php?page=community -> User features
