How to get nautilus bug information?

Hi,

I followed the instruction on the following page to create the file
~/nautilus-debug-log.conf.

http://live.gnome.org/Nautilus/Development/Bugs

$ cat ~/nautilus-debug-log.conf
[debug log]
max lines = 1000
enable domains = <async;GLog>

But when nautilus crashes, it still does not write the file
~/nautilus-debug-log.txt

Could somebody let me know what the problem is?
