can any body tell me whether ELF file format hold the file size(entire
file size) or not and if not then how to validate it

hi, you could find file size infomation in your .map file, which is created by your compiler!

GNU Binutils includes a utility called readelf.  In windows this can
be installed via Cygwin or MinGW.
