How to implement owl to php?

I want to build e-learning with semantic web. I had build the owl's file with Protege.
My problem is I don't know how to implement owl's file that I built in Protege to display it with php.
So my questions are
1. Could you help to tell me how I can implement owl's file to php?
2. Could you send me some example simple project or coding or step by step about implement owl's file to php?
