How to install player/stage in RedHat Linux 7.3

I m using RedHat 7.3 on Peoplebot in which player-2.0.4 is installed. I want to upgrade the player version to 3.0.1. Actually m doing wireless communication between players of Peoplebot and my laptop. My laptop has player-3.0.1 installed. So when i make a wireless connection b/w the two different versions of players and run the code. following error came...
