How to leave test mode DS2408

Hi,
Is there anybody knows how to leave the test mode on DS2408 after a slow
power up, with owfs?
I have read the datasheets it said i have to send this code:

C1 96 "ID" 3C C1

But i have no idea to how? Anybody could help me?
