How to manually unlock a resource

Hi ,

Today I has updating a resource of opencms, but my server went down
now when I try to access one of the pages a was editing, opencms
Tell's me that the page is lock by a other user [the only user is me

probably, you were publishing something, when the server went down.
Resources that are in the process of being published, are locked by the
system.

Such resources can be unlocked in a special function in the
administration view, in the "Database Administration" section.
