How to print a page from a java application ?

I am developing a application in Java using netbeans 6.7 where i want my application to create a receipt  & print it (using printer).



I m unable to understand how to set the pattern of the receipt (I mean which text where should be placed in receipt page ), and how to implement the option for user to print that receipt.





Please help me !
