How to refresh/mirror an already checked out project?

Assume I checked out successfully a project a couple of weeks ago.
The local CVS source directory tree on my hard disc was changed by myself
but not checked in again.

Now I decided to discard all my changes and to get the current state of the CVS project.

How exactly can I tell SmartCVS to fetch the newest version of refresh my local copy completely?
