How to reinstall JIRA?

Jira has changed my admin pass (I pressed "Forgot password"), but wasn't able to email me that,
because smtp server wasn't set. So I decided to reinstall JIRA.

I deleted the whole directory "atlassian-jira-enterprise-4.0-standalone/"
then unpacked it from the archive.

Now I'me trying to go to http://localhost:8080 to run Setup Wizard,
but I see old Jira installation there, with the name of my company
and still can't to login.
Maybe Jira or Tomcat keeps some settings in some kind of cache?

What should I do?

Thanks in advance

What do you mean by 'unpacked it from the archive'?  It looks like you are pointing to the same database as before.

The entityengine.xml file points to the database. If you haven't updated it JIRA will point to the internal DB.

So, if I haven't updated entityengine.xml and Jira points to internal DB -
then how could new Jira be with my company name?

I've only installed on windows servers. If you didn't use the remove programs function and just deleted the file structure the database was still on the machine.
