How to reset Intel Magement Engine (AMT)?

Hi everybody,

I bought a used W700. I know the admin password of Intel Management Engine (AMT).
But I don't know how the former owner configured it for the first time. I did not find
a way to enter the setup at boot time. Google says I have to press cntl-P to enter
the setup but this seems to work for the first time setup. How can I figure out / change
the configuration?

Sorry for the noise. The BIOS offers to enter the ME setup at a not very obvious place:
At the end of the list of boot devices when pressing F12.
