How to set a random deed?

is there any way to set a random seed for the jgap to use in the evolving?

Rodrigo,

 

in the JGAP configuration (class org.jgap.Configuration) there is a random generator used. Just use your own generator and provide a setter for a seed (or adapt an existing generator to your needs).
