How to sync outlook calendar on LG VX9700 from Verizon?

Hi, I bought a LG VX9700 several weeks ago. I have been trying to sync my outlook calendar with this phone. I searched a couple of posts on this board. Some of them say that it's impossible to sync calendar with LG VX9700 even if you use bitpim, but there are a couple of others who seem to have succeeded. So I am confused. Is the current version of bitpim able to sync calendar on this phone? If so, how shall I set it up? I have tried to delete the installation folder for the old version of bitpim, but it kept telling me that I do not have the permission to perform this action. Has anyone have similar problem? Thank you. I have spent a lot of time on it...
