My missing function errors are back, so I am trying to follow the
suggesting to avoid the sonar hudson plugin.

Exactly how do you suggest configuring hudson to run the non-sonar
targets with the -D's and then the sonar:sonar target?

Have a look at the Bamboo config on the wiki, you can use the same command line.
To be noted that unit tests will be executed twice.

Aha. I did that, it turns out, and it works fine. No missing symbols.

Does that give you any idea of where sonar is misplacing my symbols to?

Hello,

All this does not really make sens to me. The Sonar Hudson plugin does not make anything special.
Could you send me a screenshot with the config that does not work ?
