How to use with cvsdude.com?

Hey!

First off, sorry for the other email, just a problem with something.
What I am wondering though is how to set up Cervisia for use with the
cvsdude.com server. I need it to be set up with the following details:

-CVS Server: cvs6.cvsdude.com
-server dir:     /cvs/stdi
-authentication: pserver
-login:          My user name for the server
