Howto for Kerberos with Coda and for the modular clog

Hi All,

finally there is some documentation for setting up Coda with Kerberos
and for customization of the "modular" clog. See

[note that the page names are somewhat misleading, these packages
are not in any way "more binary" than typical Debian or RedHat ones,
nor are they in any way "less open source"!]
