Double-crested Cormorant: Cohoes 7/8 (12). LEAST BITTERN: Black Creek Marsh 7/4 (2). MISSISSIPPI KITE: Ames reported each day through 7/7, 11 reports in all, at least 2 birds present. Northern Harrier: Ames 7/3 (2), 7/4; Knox 7/5 (2). Cooper's Hawk: Ames 7/6. RED-SHOULDERED HAWK: Dyken Pond 7/3. American Kestrel: Ames 7/3, 7/4; Knox 7/5 (4). MERLIN: Ames 7/6. Virginia Rail: Black Creek Marsh 7/4 (2). UPLAND SANDPIPER: Ames 7/3. Wilson's Snipe: Ames 7/3. Blue-headed Vireo: Dyken Pond 7/3; Tongue Mountain 7/5. Horned Lark: Saratoga County Airport 7/5.
