Hudson Swim

First of all- Congratulations Matt!!!

Second-- I have heard from some who have done this swim that the first hour is the hardest.  Is this the case because we are going against the current?  Do we then swim with the current after that?  Thanks.  I am excited that we are getting close to the swim date.  Good luck to all.
