I guess this is all in one file run, for all java needs from browsing to developing , well ?

I buy a new PC HP VISTA ULTIMATE 64BIT, 64BIT HARDWARE, well I want to install (for first time) Java for everything browsers, etc to Netbeans JDK, Well what you recommend to install ? I guess this is all in one file run, for all java needs from browsing to developing , well ?
