IBM SpeechViewer and AT in Speech and Lang. Therapy clinics

Please could anyone let me know if they have an old copy of IBM SpeechViewer
and an old manual for which they no longer have a use?  Or do you know
someone who might have one lurking in a cupboard?

Second question - do you know if anyone has done any research into the type
of assistive technology applications and devices used by Speech and Language
Therapists?   I have updated the JISC Techdis site on AT and AAC
(http://techdis.palepurple.co.uk/sites/techdis ) but am very aware that
there are huge gaps about the actual technologies in use to support therapy
in clinics.

Many thanks for any help on both subjects.

Best wishes E.A.
