The IDE 5.5.0.15 setup has a new option 'Ignore integer restrictions' (Options, Advanced).
Unfortunately, this option is checked after a new installation.
This give alot of problems to users since they report that integer restrictions are not furfilled. This is the reason.
For everyone who has IDE version 5.5.0.15 on his system, please uncheck this option and it will be ok (except if you really want this of course).
In the meantime, a new setup is put on sourceforge where this option is now unchecked by default. The only difference with this update is default.lpo which contains the default options. The IDE exe or lpsolve dll have not changed with this update.
