Friends,

IOMETER on a server reduces its transmit IO traffic MBps when we create
congestion in SAN without any SAN flow-control kicking in. How is this happening?

IOMETER seems to be slowing down after noticing "something" - what is this "something"?
Is there a document that can help understand how IO meter decides how much IO traffic to send
and when to slow down?

thanks,
raju
