IP Log link does not work

Hi,

I just noticed that the IP Log link (
http://www.eclipse.org/projects/iplogurl ) of the Eclipse Modeling
Project (see http://www.eclipse.org/projects/listofprojects.php ) does
not work. If the top level project has no IP Log the link should
probably be removed.
