I thought it might be an opportunity to have a little fun. I don't think we need a fail whale, but perhaps something with a photography theme might be nice. You can go bigger than our standard icon size as long as we stay within the 20-40kb range. These pages show a summary message and an expandable box to show more details. The image can be shown either inline, aligned left or right of the summary message. We might even consider a bg image if it in no way hinder text legibility.
