Tobias,
Click on "Scouts" in the toolbar.
Last item in the list is "transfer a scout to another unit", next to last
item is "receive a scout from another unit".
That should be what you are looking for.

Subject: [TMTUG] Importing a Scout's Record
Hi all--
I am very new to Troopmaster. Recently, we had an Eagle Scout join our
troop. His father emailed me a file named TM4Transfer.bak, but I cannot
find how to import the file; the Import menu item lists several types
(ASCII tab-delimited, etc.). Can somebody please point me in the right
direction? Thank you.
