Improved Format Support For Dynimage

Hi everyone


I just commited a larger patch[1] which improves input file format
support for dynimage. Unlike before the input image is now preprocessed
using ImageMagick if the file format is unsupported by the input driver.

This enables support for pdf, ps, psd, tiff and virtually any format
ImageMagick supports.

If the original file has multiple pages only the first page will be
extracted and processed.
