There are a few commercial products that are programmable search agents.   Nothing public domain that I know of.   This subject has been discussed before, and I recall there are several bots that can do this already.  Sorry I do not remember the bot names.   One product I do remember is called “Biomes”  (spelling is probably wrong)  It works thru AOL’s AIM messenger.   This agent can supposedly do semantic search, it came out last year.   There are several new semantic search web sites also.   Probably one of this companies offers linked agent services also.   Sorry I can not recall more, must be getting older I guess.   But certainly a solution exists for you.
