Including Deployment Plans in the Archive

Hey,

Everytime I deploy I have to include the .xml plan file. This is fine,
I don't mind. I was curious though if it's possible to wrap them in
the archives?

Absolutely. The doc on each Geronimo deployment plan should include
information about where it can be packaged in an archive. The 2.2 doc
looks to be a bit clearer in this regard. See http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/GMOxDOC22/geronimo-application.xml
  for example.

Sure. you may put the deployment plan file under /WEB-INF as long as you follow the name covention for Geronimo.

Thanks. I had a look around the docs, but missed this one. This is a
very good one, as it points to all the different plans and
descriptions of them.

Thanks,
